Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass190 visa)
Similar to the 189 Visa, the Skilled Nominated – 190 Visa is a points-tested visa that allows skilled workers to stay in Australia as permanent residents if invited to apply by the Department of Home Affairs.
However, the main difference between the 189 and 190 is that the Subclass 190 invitation to apply depends on the applicant’s nomination by an Australian state or territory government agency.
Processing Times: Vary (9 to 12 months, approx.)
